Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Al Shaya Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Al Shaya account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original presentation box along with any manuals, warranty cards, and protective films, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
